Last night we had emergency maintenance work done on our main UPS and it caused us to lose power and caused a hardware failure in our power distribution. The systems affected were repaired and everything is back online. No email was lost and if you have any questions please call our West Coast NOC at 650-444-1369. Yesterday we had a core switch software/hardware failure that was not picked up by our monitoring. We have since replaced the failed hardware and have set up new tools to monitor our customer’s sites and services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The planned upgrade went off without a hitch. You should notice an improvement with server response times and newer installed web components. Some specifications of the new server are 2 x 2 GHz XEON 5130 CPUs (4 Cores) with 4 MB of cache each, 4 GB of RAM, and 240GB RAID 10 for content.
